Product Manager / Service Developer
Public Communications Services, located in West Los Angeles, is a leader in finding innovative solutions to meet telecommunications' customers’ needs. We don't sell products - we provide solutions, tailored to the needs of the customer through systems integration. We deal primarily with government entities to implement solutions for inmate telecommunications systems consisting of owning, operating, servicing, and maintaining a system of automated operator switches and telephones.
The candidate will be responsible for overall management of an entire suite of product family.
Responsibilities include:
Life Cycle Management
Planning and Development of product line strategies and roadmaps
Ownership of product line profitability.
The candidate will be the subject matter expert for the entire product portfolio and will ensure that the company's product family is positioned and recognized as the best in class for value, quality, innovation, reliability and service delivery.
BS degree in marketing, business, economics or related discipline required. MBA a strong plus. 2 - 5 years prodcut management / product marketing experiencewith ownership of product line profitability. Prior telecommunications experience a plus.
