JOB OVERVIEW:

The Product Analyst, Strategic Initiatives, will drive dynamic growth across all lending business segments. The individual will be responsible for developing datasets, undertaking sophisticated and innovative analyses, evaluating results, proposing changes to products and procedures, and implementing strategic projects.  This position requires the ability to translate complex situations then distill this information into tangible, actionable, and tactical strategies. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional creative and analytical mindset.  This position resides in the Product Management group.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Compile, analyze, and distribute relevant data
- Streamline data acquisition and assembly process
- Find key takeaways through in-depth and exhaustive analysis
- Draw conclusions from this analysis
- Expand analysis in creative and useful ways
- Partner with other departments to design and implement dashboards and regular reports
- Present conclusions clearly to the Product, Sales, and Executive teams
- Respond to Senior Management (and other department) requests for ad hoc analysis
* Create new analytical tools for Product, Sales, Marketing and other departments
* Define, refine, and distribute regular reports measuring business performance
* Lead teams implementing strategic changes
* Assist in oversight of pricing function and decision making

REQUIREMENTS:

* Masters Degree: MBA/MSBA, MA or MS in Economics, (Applied) Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Operations Research, or a similarly quantitative field (Engineering). Or, equivalent work experience
* A documented history of successful analytical work
* A demonstrated record of successful team work
* 5+years experience involving business related quantitative analysis
* Demonstrated experience successfully managing  projects
* Previous experience within the pricing function a plus
* Must be punctual attentive to detail, creative, insightful, and incisive
