Our Client, a premier worldwide producer and distributor of Nutritional Vitamin consumer products, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in its Tempe, Arizona headquarters.  The company is in a significant growth mode and has a loyal established clientele. This position is responsible for managing the organization’s marketing and sales projects ensuring that the projects are progressing according to deadlines and meeting organizational objectives.

 Duties

 Directly responsible for the planning, administration, coordination, and tracking of projects for national marketing / sales departments.

 Manages the organization’s marketing projects through the development cycle of products from concept to market by adhering to various product schedules.

 Must be highly organized.

 Minimum Experience and/or Education Required

 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

3 - 5 years’ proven marketing experience.

Project coordination experience, required.

Sales experience highly desired.

Proficiency with PC, MS Office Suite, and project management software systems.

Knowledge of contact management sales systems, such as Goldmine desirable.

Experience with Tangible Consumer Items preferred.

Experience with the Nutritional Industry is highly desirable.
