Equinox Fitness Clubs, the premier company in the fitness industry, currently operates 36 clubs throughout New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and South Beach. If you want to be part of a dynamic growing company, then come join our team!  We are currently seeking a Spa Manager to work at our Century City, CA Spa. This 36,000 square foot spa features 23 treatment rooms.

As a Spa Manager, you will ensure that the Equinox Spa achieves or exceeds the club’s goals relating to Spa revenue and cost of operations, while providing the highest level of customer service. Key responsibilities include: hiring, training, motivating, directing and evaluating Spa staff; ensuring the cleanliness of the Spa facilities and working operation of all Spa equipment; and guaranteeing the esthetic beauty and tranquility of the Spa facilities to promote a relaxing and appealing environment.

To qualify, you must possess 5 years of managerial experience with proven leadership ability in a spa, retail or professional setting. You must be enthusiastic, personable, and ambitious with the ability to hire, direct and train staff. Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
