We are currently searching for Part Time and Full Time Associates to join our Salon team in our NORTH HILLS S/C location for the following positions:

 

 

SALON STYLISTS

We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, focused on genuine customer service. A current cosmetology license is REQUIRED as well as knowledge of the latest fashions in hair styling services. Participation in continued education is desired.  The key focus of the stylist is to provide excellent customer service and to build and maintain a client base.

Hours:  FT and PT

SALON RECEPTIONIST

Provides customer service in the salon by answering the phone, booking and rebooking customers' appointments, greeting and directing customers to required stylist or the next available station, and selling styling salon retail products.  The successful candidate will have knowledge of salon products, prior salon experience, familiar with salon scheduling, prior receptionist experience, Microsoft Windows experience, and able to understand and follow instructions by the Salon Manager.
Hours:  FT

 

 

Responsibilities:
Greets and directs customers to the proper area.
Sells retail merchandise, up-sells, and adds on additional services.
Performs cashiering duties.
Answers phones, books and rebooks customer appointments.
Completes and maintains client record files and chemical release forms.
Uses Salon Management Systems reports to develop and maintain business as directed by the Salon Manager.
Maintains retail merchandise according to standards of presentation.
Performs other duties assigned.

§ Keeps work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition, maintains equipment, and follows prescribed loss prevention measures.
