MedSpa Sales Consultant

Our continued growth in Orange County, California offers an excellent opportunity for a MedSpa Sales Consultant. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience, a solid sales track record, the ability to take ownership of their jobs and work in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong work ethic, exemplary organizational skills and be energetic about the wellness industry, and have the skills necessary to maintain required closing ratios and meet sales goals and expectations in our state-of-the-art MedSpa.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a professional, friendly and positive attitude to clients at all times.
• Ensuring a consistent delivery of superior experiences for clients telephonically and in person.
• Provision of effective education and consultations to prospective clients.
• Utilizing state-of-the art professional skin evaluation processes in order to counsel clients with regard to customized treatment plans.
• Maintaining closing ratios and meeting sales goals.
• Compliance with all established policies and procedures.
• Participation in effective marketing efforts to increase the organization’s profitability.
• Performing the Front Office Coordinator’s role as and when required.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience.
• Proven track record of sales/marketing success.
• Sales experience in a medical spa a plus.
• Skin care/cosmetics experience a plus.
• Exceptional work ethic and ability to “go the extra mile”.
• Strong organization skills and ability to follow-through.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Friendly, professional and ability to present positive company image at all times.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to serve people.
• Team Player.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
