General Summary:

Processes customer handling specifications to establish proper system set-up and communications within Operations to ensure compliance with our customer requirements. The Operations Analyst will track and report on company performance to ensure compliance.



Job Description:
Principle Roles and Responsibilities:


• Gather, analyze, distribute and verify that routing guides are on file for applicable customers.
• Identify related system set-up requirements and verify set-ups are in place.
• Communicate requirements to appropriate performance groups.
• Establish and run performance tracking and improvement process.
• Assist with shipping claims processing.
• Provide assistance with projects for the V.P. Operations.

Job Specifications:

Knowledge:
• Requires a bachelor's degree.
• At least 5+ years experience in Customer Service or Operations.
• Ability to interpret customers' needs from routing guides.
• Aptitude for determining/ defining good business practices.
• Knowledge of order processing and shipping product procedures.
• APICS, CPIM helpful.


Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal / verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical ability.
• Detail oriented with polished organizational skills.
• PC proficient, including MS Office; with prior ERP system experience preferred.

Expected Results:
• Enable Operations to stay current in customer requirements and compliance performance.
• Ensure proper system support of compliance performance.
• Provide visibility into performance for top customers and help improve our overall performance.
