Methods Analyst

This contractor position is responsible for the gathering and documenting of work methods, training standards and procedures in preparation of design curriculum for online environments. The incumbent will utilize Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, EXCEL, Visio, Project, PowerPoint), and Macromedia Dreamweaver to translate requirements into technical procedures that can be utilized to produce instructional design curriculum. This position must also be able to analyze existing procedures and business functions and provide input for migrating these procedures to computer or web based training format. Also, review procedures for writing standards and flow. The incumbent must collaborate with various functional area contacts, with Instructional Designers and System Support Specialists across multiple sites and WBT/CBT developers, to ensure appropriate transition of the documented procedures to the appropriate training curriculum and/or online reference systems.

Positions available on first and second shift, full and part time with flexible scheduling. All work must be done on-site at our Northwest Phoenix location.

Demonstrated proficiency (1-2 years experience) with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. A general understanding of the various business units of the company and how they interface. Demonstrated ability to write procedural or technical documentation. Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated analytical ability with a sound approach to problem solving. Good organizational, relationship, and leadership skills. Must be detailed oriented. Web project team experience is a plus. Working knowledge of the intra/internet. Ability to build websites preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects. Ability to work independently as required. BS Degree preferred.
