Team In Training® is a fundraising campaign that benefits The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by training participants to do marathons, triathlons and century bike rides. We are currently looking for an energetic and organized individual who would like to be a part of this growing non-profit organization.



 

SENIOR CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR



Responsibilities: The Senior Campaign Director, reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, will lead the campaign’s senior staff team in the management of the Team In Training program within the Greater Los Angeles area. The qualified individual will be responsible for budgeting/forecasting and financial oversight, strategic planning, marketing inclusive of direct mail, corporate sponsorship solicitation, and staffing. Additionally, they will be responsible for the oversight of all programmatic elements, inclusive of events, volunteer management, and dates and deadlines.

Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years professional experience, previous staff management experience, experience managing budgets, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a close attention to detail, flexible team player, experience with event and volunteer management, marketing, solid public speaking and presentation skills, skilled in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, etc., excellent written and verbal communication. Involves some travel. Minimum preferred education – Bachelor’s Degree.
