Resources Coordinator

RESPONSIBILTIES: Initiate new contacts with businesses and organizations for donated goods.  Create a donor database.  Coordinate levels of donated inventory with purchasing department to ensure availability of high-demands items.  Create and sustain methods of communicating with program directors regarding their resources needs and availability of product.  Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels.QUALIFICATIONS:  Fluent in both English and Spanish.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  To be proficient in Word, Excel. To create correspondence to be mailed to donor.  Excellent organizational skills, to demonstrated ability in critical and analytical thinking.  Able to maintain focus in a multitasked business environment.  Promote a positive image and professional appearance.  All required tasks must be performed without endangering the health and safely of him/herself or others.  GED, AA Degree preferred.  Current and valid California driver’s license, ability to lift 30 (thirty) pounds.  One year work experience in sales and solicitation
