Quality Assurance Assistant

We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Quality Assurance Assistant for our Van Nuys clinic.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:Verify accuracy of all billing logs on a daily basis  Check for consistency of codes, dates, and times Track what billing is turned in and outstanding, Track clinical coordinated paperwork and ensuring it is consistent with cycle date and services Update database tickler Discharge Department of Mental Health (DMH) services in database Provide clerical support as neededFollow-up with Clinicians, Psychiatrist, Teachers and other employees regarding necessary paperwork that relate to medical records and compliance with DMH proceduresReception desk coverage as neededOther duties and tasks as assigned

High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of clerical experience required.  Must possess a high degree of organizational skill, and be able to effectively communicate with agency clients, co-workers, and supervisory staff.  Must be able to work in an accelerated environment and meet deadlines.  Excellent attendance is a must.  Experience with DMH paperwork preferred.  PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL IS MANDATORY!
