Payroll/A/P

FAST PACED non-profit organization has an opening in the accounting department. We use MAS 90 Accounting Software and require similar

accounting software experience.

 

Job Responsibilities: Saff accountant with the past 3 years specializing in payroll processing through Paychex system. The person will also be cross trained half time in A/P. 

 

Job Description:

Calculate and submit payroll for 80 employees in various national locations.

Setup tax ID in new states

Prepare and reconcile quarterly and annual reports from

Paychex to G/L

Track deductions, sick and vacation time

Cross training for A/P using MAS90

Maintain accounting files.
