Job Coach Coordinator
Foothill Vocational Opportunities, a non-profit organization serving 200 individuals with developmental disabilities is recruiting for a Job Coach Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Supported Employment Program and job coaching services to clients working in the community.
Under the general supervision of the Supported Employment Program Manager, the Job Coach Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling of work site assignments for the Job Coaches, completing monthly service billings, ensuring that the Job Coaches complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, assisting the Program Manager in providing training to the Job Coaches and providing job coaching services to the clients at 50% of his/her scheduled work hours.
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in providing supported employment services to clients with disabilities, good organization and communication skills, computer literate ( word and basic excel ), ability to handle multi-tasks. High school graduate, A.A. degree preferred. Must have car, good driving record and automobile insurance. Ability to work both in-door and outdoor, ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
Schedule : 40 hrs. per week, flexible schedule based on agency’s needs
