Collaborative Collection Strategy/Source Management Analyst

Key Role: Provide support to enable Horizontal Integration (HI) with an intelligence client and other intelligence community partners by implementing new processes to rapidly and responsively provide geospatial intelligence source data to customers. Serve as a facilitator of all Collaborative Collection Strategy (CCS) HI-related activities. Attend the CCS working group and conferences and forums. Develop CCS’s, assess CCS success, and capture lessons learned. Maintain the CCS database and communicate CCS activities to collection management organizations at the local site. Evaluate and install new multi-INT processes, transition integration activities into source and local site operations, and interact with senior managers and internal and external leaders to develop processes and strategies to enable multi-INT collaboration for key intelligence issues. Act as a senior mentor to SSA personnel for multi-INT activities.

Basic Qualifications:
-6 years of experience with national technical means, DoD, and intelligence community requirements and collection management policies, procedures, and practices
-Knowledge of geospatial intelligence architectures and plans
-Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including at least the 2000 edition, and Microsoft Windows NT
-TS/SCI clearance
 
Additional Qualifications:
-BS or BA degree preferred
-Experience with collection management systems and databases
-Knowledge of collection management or mission management functions
-Experience with working across the various multi-INT disciplines
-Experience with tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination architectures
-Knowledge of Microsoft Project
-Ability to provide excellent customer service
-Ability to network across multiple DoD and IC community partners
-Ability to learn quickly and develop new multi-INT collaborative concepts
-Possession of excellent conceptual and presentation skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
