Army Staff EW Plans & Policy Coordinator

This is a high level management position responsible for coordinating Army's EW POM, Army EW Roadmap all requirements studies, assessments and analysis to include JCIDS operational, technical and system architectures. Will also represent Army EW in high level policy meetings with the Secretariat, OSD and Joint Staff.  Technical meetings will include interface with labs, industry, other services and the acquisition community.  Will work alongside and be part of a team comprised of active duty, civil servant, consultants and other contractors.  The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any engineering or policy field; 10 years experience in associated DoD policy fields; 5 years experience in EW; Service staff and Joint experience; acquisition or requirements experience; PPBS and JCIDS expertise. Program management credentials are a plus. Demonstrated leadership experience is a requirement. Ability to independently research and analyze programs and capabilities is a must.  Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
