IT Specialist
HYUNDAI MOTOR MANUFACTURING ALABAMA
One of America’s most advanced automotive plants is now open. Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, LLC (HMMA). Hyundai’s first US manufacturing plant is located right in the heart of Alabama. The Montgomery plant, a state-of-the-art, highly automated plant, is bringing the next generation 2006 Sonata to the North American market. The next generation 2007 Santa Fe SUV will be added to the line-up in spring 2006. It is an exciting time to be a part of the Hyundai Team!
Assistant, Helpdesk (Contract)
Assists in maintenance and duties of computer and phone systems for all team members. Basic network troubleshooting as well as coordinating with IT department to service the needs of all team members within the manufacturing facility. Set up computer systems, voice mail, and network log-ins for new team members joining the company. Identify research and resolve technical problems or notifies appropriate IT personnel of any problems not resolved immediately. Monitor service requests and incident reports, entering calls clearly an noting any problems utilizing the tracking system. Three years computer related experience.
Consultant- Windows Systems
Support Help Desk personnel and Administrators as required. Monitor/Resolve Windows server performance, health and security issues. Develop/test and analyze new technical solutions to problems. Install, maintain and configure Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange email, Autoway, MS AQL 2000 database, IIS Web servers, File servers, print servers, Crystal Reports, and Storage Area Network. Perform disaster recovery of all window servers. Perform backup and restores of Exchange and SQL databases and all Windows servers. Install, configure and maintain all server hardware and cabling. Detect, diagnose and troubleshoot server malfunctions. Provide all aspects of user account management. Develops and implements policies to ensure the security and integrity of SQL databases and Exchange data stores. Develop and implement data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes, resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. Two or more years experience with Exchange and Active Directory required. Three or more years experience with SQL server desired. One or more years experience with Cisco Routers and Switches desired. Associated degree in Information Technology area or equivalent experience required. Windows MSCE certification desired. MCP in Exchange and SQL certification desired. MCDBA certification desired.
