Wealth Management Paralegal

International law firm seeks experienced Wealth Management Paralegal.  The duties and responsibilities would relate primarily to assisting with routine probate pleading, estate administration tasks, preparing probate inventories and accountings, assisting with the preparation of federal estate tax and gift tax returns, and other matters associated with estate administration. In addition, some assistance with document preparation in the estate planning area would be expected.

 

The ideal candidate would have 5+ years as a paralegal in the estate planning and probate field. Familiarity with Microsoft Word is required, as is a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience in the preparation of federal estate tax and gift tax returns would be highly desirable.  4-year degree required.
