Trust Representative (Trusts Paralegal)

In-House legal department of major national corporation is seeking a Trust Representative. The Trust Representative will be expected to administer smaller accounts with simple provisions. The Trust Representative will work closely with a Trust Administrator to learn about the more complex account situations. The Trust Representative will also be assigned special projects which may be part of the administration of complex accounts. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESULTS: • Trust Representative I works with daily supervision • Administer a portfolio of accounts • Review and interpret governing documents to ensure objectives are clearly defined and accounts are administered accordingly • Ensure clients, brokers and beneficiaries understand defined objectives of document and are kept appraised of all activity with their accounts • Monitor cash and all account activity including investment transactions. Ensure fees are collected. Issue Letter of Instructions and pay bills when appropriate. Review daily transactions. Review quarterly statements before mailing • Prepare and present annual Administrative Review on all accounts • Trust Representative will be expected to do his/her own administrative assistant support such as computer entry, computer research, preparation of letters, preparation of forms. • Serve as backup to other staff in office during times of vacation or illness If interested, please submit resume to Jared Marks at
