Temporary Project Assistants

Northwest Houston Litigation Support Company is seeking several Temporary Project Assistants.

 

We have several openings for long-term temporary project assistants in our Northwest Houston office. We are looking for applicants with skills or experience in any of the following areas:

 ResearchDocument Review and AnalysisExpediting

 

Duties will include one or more of the following:

 Conducts research via telephone, correspondence, Internet and reference materials to locate records. Contacts record providers, confirms and requests records.Reviews records for specific information and enters into database.Places a high volume of phone calls to hospitals and other facilities expediting record requests.


Qualifications:

 Basic computer skillsResearch skills Ability to analyze information Ability to maintain keen attention to detail despite repetitive nature of the work Experience in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of urgency Strong time management abilityAptitude for learningExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProper grammar and spelling is a mustWork well in a team environment
