Subcontracts Administrator
SRA is a leading provider of information technology services and solutions - including strategic consulting; systems design, development and integration; and outsourcing and managed services - to clients in national security, civil government, and health care and public health.
SRA is currently seeking a Subcontracts Administrator. Prepares or assists in preparation of proposals and negotiates and administers major contracts. Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs. Reviews performance requirements ensuring contract is in accordance with legal requirements and customer specifications. May negotiate with existing and prospective clients to establish basic cost and performance guidelines for assigned contracts. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and conducts continual reviews.
This position requires a Mid-level Subcontract Administrator with at least 7+ years experience. The candidate must understand subcontract administration from cradle to grave. Candidate must have experience with a variety of contract types and be able to handle multiple concurrent task orders and at the same time, write, negotiate and execute new subcontract agreements. Candidate must have CPSR experience and be current with all federal regulations. Candidate must have excellent written and spoken communications. Candidate must be creative in their thinking and must be able to balance a business rational with good contractual sense. Subcontract administration or Buyer experience favored over contract administration.
Administration of various subcontracts under multiple prime contracts, some of which are extremely complex. Write, negotiate, execute and administrator multiple subcontract agreements in support of a variety of prime contract.
