Receptionist
Law Offices of Glen J. Lerner & Associates has expanded it's practice into Arizona and is now practicing as Lerner & Rowe, P.C. We have acquired the reputation of being one of the up and coming personal injury firms in the country having represented tens of thousands of people. Since 1991 we have represented injured people in the following areas: Auto Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Truck Accidents, Boating Accidents, Slip and Falls and Premises Liability, Products Liability, Consumer Fraud, Toxic Tort, Mass Tort Drug Litigation and Nursing Home Litigation.
We have an immediate opening in our Biltmore Park Office on Camelback road for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Direct telephone calls to appropriate attorneys and staff. Meet and greet clients and visitors, provide appropriate information. Maintain a log of visitors. Maintain a neat and clean reception area. Upholds a professional demeanor at all times. Portrays an attitude of congeniality with legal staff, clients, vendors and other visitors. Support office personnel in general administrative functions, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Position Requirements
A minimum of 2-3 years of reception, experience in a personal injury law firm preferred. Experience operating a multi-line switchboard is desired. Excellent verbal communication skills are necessary. Bilingual/Spanish highly desirable. Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with all people. An orientation to customer service and able to work in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Proven skills with PC and MS Office software-Word, Excel and Outlook.
