Production Technician

Position Purpose:  The Production Technician performs several functions required to successfully image documents.  These functions include dictaphoning, document preparation, scanner operation, team quality checking (TQC), data entry and box reassembly.  This position may also track incoming and outgoing shipments as well as other tracking type activities at the direction of management.  The Production Technician will also generate prints or “blowbacks” from the various client databases at the direction of the project management team.  All time is logged into a timekeeping system by project and task.  This is the responsibility of the Production Technician and must be performed daily for posting to the accounting system each night. 



Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

·  Strong attention to detail and quality driven.

·  Basic computer skills, familiar with Windows.

·  Strong team player – excellent at following instructions and focusing on tasks.

·  Ability to work well in fast-paced environment.

·  Good administrative skills, conscientious about completing forms and reports as directed.

·  High School diploma or equivalent.

 Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

·  Previous imaging experience, familiar with Excel.

·  Proficient computer experience.

·  Knowledge of litigation services.

·  If necessary can courier items directly to the airport for shipping to meet critical deadlines or to other vendor sites for processing as directed by management.
