Paralegal

Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver, PLC, is seeking a full-time paralegal to perform sophisticated and challenging legal work.  Responsibilities include research, document preparation, compiling evidence and supporting information, arranging for notices and prepare and file briefs and exhibits, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, summary judgment motions and white papers; composing legal abstracts, overseeing case files and calendar. 

 

3+ years general law office experience is required with litigation experience preferred.  The candidate must display excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently within a team-oriented structure, strong communication and interpersonal skills and advanced computer knowledge.
