General Dynamics Information Technology has an opening for a Contracts Manager in Fairfax, VA. The successful candidate will be familiar with FFP, T&M and Cost Contracts. Proven experience DOD, commercial and non-DOD contracts. Ability to write, negotiate and administer subcontracts. Ability to work independently with emphasis on details and time lines. Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
