POSITION OVERVIEW: The Phoenix office of Greenberg Traurig has several openings for Conflicts/Review Analysts. Review and finalize conflict decisions by conferring with shareholders and working with the Intake team on a day to day basis. To be successful in this position, candidate needs to build relationships with the offices and attorneys, and strive to increase efficiencies by reducing the time from intake to conflict resolution.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced JD or Paralegal with litigation experience. Basic understanding of conflict issues and intake workflow processes. Position requires a very high service attitude and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with attorneys, colleagues, employees, and the general public. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented; have exceptional critical and analytical thinking skills; ability to work effectively with tact and diplomacy commensurate with handling confidential and sensitive material; strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; proficient in MS Word; and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced law firm.
