Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking a billing specialist for a contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Previous billing experience in a law firm environment

Prefer software experience is Elite/Enterprise

Strong knowledge of Excel and Word

This candidate will be responsible for the billing of several attorneys on a monthly basis. They will be editing billing memos, producing invoices, auditing the invoices and researching expense entries. The candidate will also be assisting secretaries and attorneys in special reporting needs for liens. There will be time-entry corrections, processing write-offs, mailing of invoices, and applying retainers during billing and to existing invoices. Must also be capable of e-billing for certain clients.
