Established estate and business planning, probate and fiduciary litigation law firm seeking attorney with at least 5 years experience who lives in, or is willing to relocate to, Southlake, Texas, to work in firm's Southlake office, which is scheduled to open in early 2007.

 

Candidate must be technically excellent, have a very strong work ethic, be capable of "rainmaking" (though a book of business is not required), be self motivated, and want to be part of a growing, vibrant team.  This position offers the right candidate a very unique and sought-after opportunity to practice law in a friendly, family-oriented firm with great resources, clients, technology and colleagues.

 

Candidate must have at least 5 years sophisticated experience in the areas of estate and business planning and probate.  A working knowledge of fiduciary litigation is also preferred.
