Senior Interactive Designer Wanted for Entrepreneurial Dot-Com

Senior Interactive Designer wanted to join Entrepreneurial and Successful Dot-Com.

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a hands-on Interactive Visual Designer with a desire to focus on user experience, and metric based approach to design. Process oriented, team player who can manage tight deadlines and simultaneous projects.

This individual will create UI/Visual solutions, to enhance the user experience in order to achieve a higher conversion rate and greater user satisfaction. This design position will provide testing comps and design guidelines to successfully implement these solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create visual design solutions that address business, brand, market, and user requirements Create consumer and conversion solutions based on evaluation of analytic dataCreate comps as necessary to implement tests and resultsWork directly with other Senior Interactive Designers, Project managers, Engineering and QA groups


SKILLS:
A creative thinker with broad knowledge of user experience, graphic design, and online technology Good communication skills Detail oriented self starter Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Must have ability to own projects and take initiative to get the job done rightKnowledge of Photoshop or Fireworks, Illustrator or Freehand, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Experience with A/B and other forms of testing and segmentation is preferred
