REQUIREMENTS
The Product Manager will be responsible for Managing the overall day to day business in AdvisorSquare. This position will be responsible for managing the Account Management team as well as the Development Team in AdvisorSquare with the goal of delivering superior products and exceptional service to clients.

 Manage a team of Account Managers and Development staff.  Establish individual and department goals that coincide with LiveOffice goals and objectives.Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention and reference ability.Responsible for hiring, training, motivating and the development of all AdvisorSquare staff.Develop processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, productivity and compliance.Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts within various client organizations.. Develop clear lines of communication between Account Management, Implementation and Development Teams.Manage various projects and Focus Groups as needed.Conduct regular department meetings to keep the staff informed of new developments etc.Develop key metrics within AdvisorSquare to measure individual and team performance.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONSSuccessful candidate will be a self-starter, resilient and results oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. BS/BA degree preferred, with 1-3 years of management experience.

 Will also have demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with staff, managers and clients and be able to recognize opportunities, identify solutions, and execute plans to a successful conclusion.

 Will be able to demonstrate good judgment, be collaborative, organized and have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a stressful but rewarding environment.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong background in client service, project management and development.Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in dealing with client’s technical issues.

 PC skills a must to include proficient use of various Windows Applications (e.g. Word, Excel) and Internet applications.
