Java / J2EE Developers

We are in immediate need of either a Senior or Mid-Level Java/J2EE developer.

Technical Requirements:

-  Bachelor degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience

-  Experience with Java

-  Experience with JSP, Servlets and Tapestry

-  Experience with J2EE application containers

-  Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

-  Experience with SQL, relational databases  (ideally MySQL)

 

Responsibilities:

-  Design, program, and integrate applications across multiple platforms, servers, and data stores.

-  Develop reusable business components

-  Work with Internet browsers and operating systems to write custom program logic.

-  Document code and contribute toward the creation of technical specifications.

-  Unit-test software.

 


The Developer will be responsible for the current development, future development and support of our web site. They will contribute to all areas of the development life cycle including: design, programming, testing, maintenance and support.

 

The job will consist of extending, maintaining and optimizing the web sites engine. Input on new web site features and tools will be highly regarded.
