Interactive Technology Manager/Lead Developer

Cramer-Krasselt is a full-service advertising agency comprised of four offices in Phoenix, Chicago, New York, and Milwaukee. C-K Digital, Phoenix (Cramer-Krasselt’s core interactive department) is the interactive hub for production and execution for all C-K offices.

 

C-K Digital is searching for an Interactive Technology Manager/Lead Developer with six or more years of online or interactive experience to contribute to the management and production of a wide range of local and national online projects.  The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, strategic, enthusiastic and passionate about Web/online technology and its role as a component of integrated online/offline marketing/communications strategies. Other qualities include: professionalism, leadership, positive attitude, organized, great interpersonal skills, problem solver, self-starter, proactive, etc.

 

This candidate will need to maintain a dual focus on (1) high-level technical strategy and (2) hands-on technical production/development as team member/manager of the technical team.

 

Experience Requirements

 Six-plus years experience in the interactive industry.Experience working for (or working closely with) advertising agencies.Experience managing the technical aspects of multiple, concurrent interactive projects (Web, e-mail, database, new technology, etc.).Experience managing and mentoring other Web developers.Experience setting up and managing interactive development/production environments, Web server/Web database environments, as well as version control environments.Advanced familiarity with a wide range of Web-specific code development technologies and development platforms (Windows/Linux/Unix).Experience working closely with internal IT departments and/or outside technology vendors.

 

C-K Digital is regularly involved in the development of Web sites, e-mail campaigns, rich media advertising, CD-ROM applications, etc. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of each interactive discipline along with the ability to bring the full potential of each discipline to the table for each of our clients.
