We are looking for an interactive professional with 7-10 years experience to fill a senior leadership role within our growing interactive department. The position requires a strong understanding of technical aspects of Interactive Marketing principles, Web site production and usability, online advertising, e-mail campaigns, SEO, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have Agency/Marketing account-related experience with a demonstrated skill in writing proposals and SOWs. He/she must have experience managing an interactive team (both internal and outside vendors) and have an excellent understanding of the Web development process. The Director - Interactive collaborates with four key groups: 1) Our Clients; 2) Creative Department, 3) Account Team; and 4) Outside Vendors.Primary Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Director - Interactive are to provide strategic consulting services to clients and to lead online projects from concept through launch. He/she must also be able to provide exceptional communication throughout the process on scoping, budgets, prioritization, and timelines. The candidate will have an exceptional ability to translate client business objectives into compelling online solutions.

Primary responsibilities include:

·  Strategic consulting services

·  Leadership for strategic and tactical online planning activities

·  Defining strategy and information architecture for interactive projects

·  Leadership for internal project teams

· Client relationship management

· Writing Statements of Work and Proposal documents

·  Business Development (identify new interactive services and write business plans that demonstrate profitability and ROI)Qualifications:

· 7+ years interactive experience, 4 years in a management capacity

· Web and interaction design expertise and project management

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to manage large work flow within time constraints

· Computer skills (working knowledge of Web authoring tools)

· MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project a plus)

· Expert knowledge of web creative, e-marketing strategies & related technology

· Self-motivated, well-organized and assertive, with exceptional analytical skills

· Able to understand technical, artistic and design issues, and clearly distill and communicate issues to key stakeholders

· Able to quickly integrate into a team and be recognized as a leader

· Excellent customer focus, interpersonal and written communication skills.

· Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, vendors and clients.

· Must possess strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment, (this is not a 9 to 5 job), and hopefully have a sense of humor.

· College graduate in Marketing or related field (BA or BS)
