Account Manager

**Note: this is not a Sales or Business Development position**

Apollo Interactive is a full service Web Development Agency with offices in Los Angeles, CA and Dallas, TX for some of America’s largest, well-known companies including Jack in the Box, Roland, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Curves, and Blue Cross of California.

We are seeking a team-oriented, organized, and energetic individual to serve as an Account Manager in our Web Development practice. This is a full-time position in our Culver City office. The primary role of an Account Manager is to serve as the single point of contact for new and existing clients and help craft and execute all their online initiatives.

Additionally, the Account Manager will oversee the implementation of projects, ranging from simple text updates to large-scale redesigns. Ideal candidates have excellent client relation skills, are detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects, and have an understanding of marketing as it relates to the Internet.

Responsibilities:
•Serve as liaison between Apollo and Director-level execs at Fortune 1000 clients
•Work with the Apollo Production and Programming teams to insure that projects are completed according to specification and meet client expectations
•Manage the schedule for the internal teams, coordinating and running internal meetings/calls, and tracking the process
•Produce estimates, agendas, meeting notes, status reports, billing, and any other administrative work as required

Qualifications:
•2+ years agency experience in a similar position
•Excellent understanding of the tools used in Web site development
•Degree from 4-year university (or its equivalent)
•Extremely organized
