Primary responsibilities include:


Handling the needs of clients with 1,000+ lives

Resolving escalated issues regarding claims, eligibility, benefit, and billing

Participating in product implementation

Developing a strong understanding of the clients’ needs; anticipating potential issues

Assisting the Strategic Account Executive as needed

Strong group insurance experience is needed for this role, along with stellar communication skills. A background in issue resolution and relationship building will be valuable, and account management experience is preferred.
