 Claims Adjuster

 

Responsibilities include the investigation, evaluation and negotiation of non-standard auto claims.  Requirements for the position include a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience as well as 3-5 years BI and PD claims adjusting experience.  Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary.  Qualified applicants should possess organizational skills as well as the ability to make independent decisions. Bilingual fluency is preferred.

 

Receptionist

 

Job responsibilities include answering customer inquiries via multi-line phone system, locating customer information via company data base, preparing and sorting all written correspondence, and assisting with general clerical functions as needed.  Qualified applicants must be bilingual, have a high school diploma, some college preferred, and excellent phone, customer service, and organizational skills.  Must be computer literate with great data entry skills, along with presenting a professional appearance.
