Technial Manager – Entertainment

Phoenix & Yuma

 

The Technical Manager’s function is to maximize entertainment sales, profits, and people objectives and goals of Peter Piper Pizza restaurants

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

·  Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on all games and rides to keep games in like-new condition

 

·  Repairing all games and rides to ensure a great guest experience

 

·  Establish and maintain game repair budgets, correct redemption ticket dispensing, token controls

 

·  Organization technical inventory, tool inventory and technical work area

 

·  Support token pulls and paperwork

 

·  Develop and train support team in technical operations

 

·  Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

·  Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

 

·  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

 

·  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

 

·  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
