Maintenance Manager
Job Summary This position will work in the BE&K Industrial Services Group, and will manage the maintenance of a full-service industrial facility.
Job Specifications
Minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance superintendent or manager of a full-service work force of 25+ employees with, and have at least 10 years maintenance service, which can be as an owner or contractor. (BACKGROUND MUST BE FROM A HEAVY INDUSTRIAL SETTING). Past career advancement at various maintenance levels and background in small capital projects required. Must possess the knowledge and experience of maintenance and its support system (CMMS systems planning/scheduling systems, root cause analysis process, preventive maintenance, metrics to track performance, and training of personnel at all levels). Ability to assess the current performance of the maintenance organization and ability to develop and implement a 3-year continuous improvement plan.
Minimum of BSME or BSEE Degree preferred. Will accept a combination of education and experience, or extensive experience in lieu of a degree.
Location
