We are looking for an outstanding individual to be part of a fun, dynamic team responsible for installing and maintaining hardware and software on PC’s, interact with Multimedia Games’ (MGAM) customer and provide first class customer service. Candidate will be responsible for inventory control, spare parts requests, service documentation and machine maintenance. The successful candidate will provide reports to MGAM on system performance, customer feedback and satisfaction in addition to effecting repairs on faulty equipment. The successful candidate is expected to develop a positive relationship with his customer and be the primary source of contact between MGAM and the customer.

 

Required Skills

Ideal candidate will have solid trouble-shooting skills; possess strong interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to converse at multiple levels.  Individual must have a technical foundation and possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to complete objectives. Candidates must be highly motivated, a self-starter and comfortable working with minimum supervision. Individuals must be willing to work odd and on-call hours.

Candidates must have 1-2 years experience in a PC maintenance capacity (preferably in a Field support role). Knowledge of Windows NT, Win2K, 95, 98, and SQL are required. Experience in tech support and/or customer service is required. Candidates must be extremely comfortable and friendly dealing with customers and other staff members.
