Job Description:
• Troubleshoot level 1 and 2 issues by phone and email while prioritizing the incoming issues
• Maintain over 200 computers, including 10 MAC’s, and several servers, in a working order by fixing complex hardware and software problems daily
• Problem solve issues as they arise dealing with employee’s cell phones, Blackberry’s and PDA’s
• Sustain all printers in working order in a TCP/IP printing environment
• Supported PC’s remotely with software to log in and view internal issues on machines and lead users through repair instructions
• Resolve technical issues for staff, management, and executives in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service and accessibility

General requirements :
Exceptional leadership, planning, and communication skills. Proficient in Windows operating system, fixing complex problems related to hardware and software. Knowledge of OS X 10.4 and 10.5 is a plus. Knowledge of standard TCP/IP networking. Installation of several kinds of printers including Multi Functional Printers in a TCP/IP printing environment. Skilled with cell phones to retrieve email wirelessly, including POP3, IMAP, and Exchange.
Technical requirements :
Microsoft Environment.
