Job Description: Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Desk Side Support Analyst to join our team in Dothan, AL.

Job Responsibilities:
The Desk Side Support Analyst role provides technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related software/hardware. The Analyst troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when related to personal desktop computers. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. You will gain an understanding of Perot Systems' MIS environment which you will then utilize to screen, refer, and diagnose internal inquiries, and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers.

Required Skills:

Desktop troubleshooting and repair.

Desktop Installation with network support.

Minimal networking skills.

Desired Skills:

Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Ability to meet deadlines and execute delivery of projects.

Familiarity with information technology principles, theories and concepts.

Prior exposure to a customer-facing role desired

Educational Requirements:

Associates Degree or 2+ years experience in desktop troubleshooting and repair for a medium to large healthcare network is preferred.

Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:

COMPTIA A+ certification is a plus and Healthcare industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
