Specialist, Employee Engagement

The employee engagement specialist role is focused on enabling and driving the changes with client groups and business partners related to the employee experience. Specifically, the role will focus on developing and delivering tools and consultation to the line that will help foster a cultural shift in focus from an employee satisfaction to employee engagement. The employee engagement will focus on the analysis and action associated with the annual employee survey process.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Drive Employee Engagement at all levels
Lead Annual/Interim Survey Process oversight and management
Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation
Use consultative approach to provide customized solutions
Identify and/or partner with key business partners to execute strategies
· Develop and lead in the execution of the Priority Unit approach in partnership with HR colleagues and line leaders
Utilize a targeted approach to reduce the total overall number of priority units over time; Track priority unit progress

In addition, the role also has related responsibilities for the Interim/ Employee Climate Survey process. Specifically,
· Identify and implement process improvements to survey administration
· Maintain a pulse on internal and external market trends; incorporate practices that will drive the business forward
· Serve as change agents with business partners and clients to facilitate the transformation to Employee Engagement
· Distribute reports to Human Resources Relationship Leaders and key constituents on progression of results
· Lead the CSMS and SDN Interim/Climate and Annual Survey processes; report plan coordination, analysis, interpretation, consultation and liaison with Sirota Consulting.
· Direct accountability for SDN Employee Engagement oversight and execution in the service center.
· Conduct analysis on Interim/ Climate Survey results; consult RLs and clients on root causes and viable solutions
· Active participation in the Global Employee Survey Network

Phoenix role has accountability for Phoenix and Salt Lake City Centers

1 to 3 year of solid HR experience
Proven facilitation skills with experience in making formal presentations to a variety of audiences, including management.
· Proven project management skills- able to develop detailed project requirements and consistently manage multiple work streams for executable results
· Track record of demonstrating initiative in partnering with others to innovate business processes
· Undergraduate degree in Business or related field preffered or equivalent work experience.
Background in human resources preferred
experience with survey delivery and analysis preferred.
