Instructional Systems Professional

Key Role: Work in a highly dynamic environment offering opportunities for thought leadership in the areas of curriculum management, learning material development, and instructional design systems. Ensure the delivery of an effective and professional learning materials and systems. Research and resolve learning material issues and take appropriate actions to resolve those issues. Interact with agency personnel to update and facilitate Integrated Enterprise Management (IEM) learning materials availability and deliver presentations related to IEM learning materials, tools, and processes. Create and maintain action requests and learning document standards.



Basic Qualifications:


-4 years of experience with instructional systems design and the development of blended learning solutions required


-2 years of experience with creating and maintaining learning documentation using various tools, including Microsoft Office and InfoPak, and business systems, including SAP R/3, SAP BW, Prism, and Actuate required


-2 years of experience with InfoPak or Plateau learning systems required


-Experience with integrating performance support documentation, including end-user procedures, on the Enterprise Performance Support System using InfoPak


-BA or BS degree required


 


Additional Qualifications:


-Experience with working with senior-level government officials in an advisory capacity


-Experience with SAP environments preferred
