Human Resources Recruiter

The Employment Recruiter works with members of the recruiting team to source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions including customer service, administrative, managers/supervisors and information technology. Responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing for all non-exempt and exempt positions, developing new and creative sourcing strategies for open positions, coordinating recruiting efforts such as job fairs, conducting reference checks, and building relationships with multiple managers in various departments to assist with their staffing needs. Additionally, the Recruiter assists with various projects such as promoting the Associate Referral Program or facilitating the internal transfer process.

Qualifications

Two to four years of recruiting experience in any discipline/industry including sourcing, interviewing/evaluating candidates and managing relationships with hiring managers

Experience utilizing creative sourcing techniques and managing multiple sourcing relationships

Strong time management, follow through and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment handling multiple priorities

High level of analytical, assessment, and judgment skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer

Experience in recruiting and interviewing for positions in the financial industry desired

Related Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Previous experience with an applicant tracking system preferred
