This position will work closely with the executive management to assist in employee compensation, sales objectives & the distribution of score cards. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. The position reports to the VP of Human Resources and is based in New York. MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
