This is an amazing career opportunity for a top notch, hands-on Human Resources Manager in the Phoenix area to focus on talent upgrade, change leadership, and the development and implementation of integration and globalization activities within this leading aviation company!
You will partner with clients and regional HR leaders to ensure business results for a customer base of 500 employees (mostly non-exempt). This is a highly visible position of responsibility requiring a keen sense of urgency and the ability to seek out and implement win/win outcomes!

About The Position…
In this fast paced and challenging position, you will be responsible for…
· Providing a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives to include talent management (assessment, acquisition, development and redeployment), organization effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement (communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement).
· Facilitating solutions to employee and leadership issues; developing and implementing HR strategy, policies and processes; and proactive development and coaching of leaders.
· Driving and deploying procedures and policies in all areas involving HR systems.
· Organization assessment and upgrading the talent through strategic staffing and developing pipeline talent.
· Driving a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
· Demonstrating Company’s core values and foster Six Sigma and Learning initiatives.
· Ensuring a systemic and integrated approach to Human Resource solutions.
· Partnering with Sr. Leadership in achieving organizational goals.
· Fostering atmosphere of teamwork and development within HR team.
To be immediately and seriously considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have the following:
· Bachelor’s Degree required and Master’s degree preferred. A concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline preferred.
· At least 6 years progressive professional Human Resources experience including prior leadership/management roles is required.
· Global HR experience desired.
· Demonstrated ability to understand and promote the linkage between aftermarket business and human resources activities.
· Demonstrated analytical skills
· Strong bias for action
· Demonstrated ability to positively influence others
· Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers
· Strong written/verbal communication skills
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
· Demonstrated usage of change management techniques in a business setting
· Strong organizational re-design capabilities
· Prior experience in hourly workforce management
· Proficiency in a Microsoft Office tools
· Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
