Human Resources Manager

A well-known and respected Scottsdale consulting firm with expertise in the Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care environments is seeking a very skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager while theirs is out for about 4 months+. This candidate would be assisting and overseeing all aspects of HR from: Benefits (250 employees), dealing with the providers of insurance, workers compensation, be the ADP Payroll (back up person), and be familiar with all aspects of Human Resources from Recruiting to Benefits and Employee retention. This person will be the liaison and assist the Executives. There is a lot of phone and follow up work. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
This candidate must be familiar with all aspects of Human Resources and have been working in a similar capacity for at least 1-3 years. Candidate must be familiar with benefits, dealing with the providers of insurance, workers compensation, and must be familiar with ADP Payroll (as they will be the back up person to payroll. Candidate must have good (at least intermediate) computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be organized, able to prioritize, and be skilled in a Human Resource capacity.
