Human Resources Manager

ES Robbins Corporation, a 40-year old manufacturer and marketer of innovative polymer products, has an exciting opportunity for a talented, results oriented Human Resources Manager. ES Robbins is located in Muscle Shoals, AL and is an organization of approximately 150 employees.

 

As a Human Resource Manager you will provide general support of all HR functions with a strong emphasis on recruiting.  Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, development of policies and procedures, good understanding of both state and federal employment laws, strong employee relations skills, and oversee workers’ compensation, safety, and training functions.

 

Successful candidates must have a BS degree in Human Resources or related field and possess 5+ years professional HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility.  This person must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.  Excellent computer skills are required.
