· Provide performance management solutions to enhance employee development.
Position Qualification Requirements:MILR, MBA, MOB or BS in HR or equivalent related degree required. 0-2 years of HR Generalist corporate experience preferred.Strong project management skills & organizational & conflict resolution skills. Competency to develop relationships and influence all levels of the organization.Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal competencies.Strong employment law, analytical, problem solving & team building skills.Team player with leadership qualities, high initiative and high energy.
