Major Areas of Accountability:

·  Provide HR strategic & tactical support in recruitment, development & retention, policy interpretation, performance management, OD, non-union labor relations and other HR projects.

·  Maximize continuation of Knight Culture, Manage HR policies & HR metrics and align the right solutions, ideas and people to achieve organizational goals.

·  Provide performance management solutions to enhance employee development.

 

Position Qualification Requirements:MILR, MBA, MOB or BS in HR or equivalent related degree required. 0-2 years of HR Generalist corporate experience preferred.Strong project management skills & organizational & conflict resolution skills. Competency to develop relationships and influence all levels of the organization.Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal competencies.Strong employment law, analytical, problem solving & team building skills.Team player with leadership qualities, high initiative and high energy.
