Description:

Identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Searches, recruits, researches, screens, interviews and refers job candidates for job openings. Makes hiring recommendations.



Position Qualifications Required:

·Education and or Experience: Bachelor degree; and 5 years related HR and/or recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a customer service attitude
·Ability to meet tight deadlines
·Excellent customer service sills with a sense of urgency
·Should have knowledge of contemporary systems, such as, but not exclusive, Peopleclick Human Resources systems.
·Strong skills in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Explorer) and the Internet
Proven abilitly to recruit for Senior Level Product and Sales roles
