Move, the new Homestore Inc, is a leading supplier of media and technology solutions that promote and connect Real Estate Professionals to consumers before, during and after a move. We offer users a convenient, one-stop source for Everything Home on the Internet® including the most comprehensive online database of property listings and real estate service providers, virtual tours, photos, resources, advice, decision support tools, and much more.

 

We are currently seaking a Full Time Recruiter who possess the ability and skills to source candidates for current career opportunities and create a “pipeline” of candidates for future openings. This candidate will partner with member of management to create a cohesive recruiting strategy and will support the new hire process from recruitment to new hire orientation.

 

Qualified candidates must meet the following crieteria to be considered:

 

 2-3 years experience in corporate recruiting and on-boarding nonexempt / exempt employees.

 Excellent communication(verbal / written) and time management skills

 Intermediate skills using MS Word, outlook, Internet (PowerPoint and Excel preferred)

 Ability to work independently in a fast paced multi-facetted environment

Degree not require but strongly preferred

 

Position Responsibilities: 

 

Ability to mass recruit in a diverse call center environment (Call Center customer service, Finance, Account Management, Technology, sales etc)

Develops sourcing strategy and sets expectations with hiring manager.

Coordinates and designs employment advertisements, posts jobs to online job boards, follows up on employee referrals, researches organizations or retains search firms as appropriate

Must be able to participate in local Career Fairs or other recruitment efforts

Responsible for tracking resumes received, screening and interviewing applicants for employment, checking references, completing a new hire packages, conducting new hire orientation meetings with new and temporary employees.

Secures all required documentation required by law and Company policy and procedures, including new hire documents, reference checks and degree verifications.

Reviews company benefits and policies. Obtains the necessary paperwork to enroll employees in the Human Resources Database (Peoplesoft)

Handles questions regarding Human Resources including recruitment, procedures, benefits, payroll and policies for employees and management

Will provide back-up support for Payroll administration

Act as on-site Human Resources contact for all employees

Other duties as directed by management
